hours & BOOKING

Currently my hours are as follows:

  • Wednesdays & Thursdays 4-9pm (latest appointment starting at 7/7:30pm)

  • Sundays 10am - 2pm (latest appointment starting at 12/12:30pm)

I have some flexibility and I am more than happy to work with you on this. But please keep in mind that I have a toddler, my hours are limited by this. Secondly, I can also only work within the hours that there is an open room at the spa. We have a lot of other lovely ladies providing services that I share a space with. If my scheduled times don’t work for you, email me and we can find you a time!

Most NEW permanent makeup appointments take AT LEAST 2 hours time. Please allot time accordingly. Sometimes this is less, sometimes it's more. Occasionally, I may be running behind on the client prior to you. Most clients are understanding of this and are happy to wait. This is generally because a procedure takes unexpectedly longer. This can be for a varying amount of reasons, such as slow numbing, skin not cooperating, technical difficulties, etc. Please note, that if it was your appointment running behind, I would take the same time and care for your appointment. AND SOMETIMES, you’re just late to your appointment, sometimes I’m late. Life happens, so please give yourself some cushion of time after your appointment to get where you need to be.

Some other factors to consider when booking your appointment dates. Your healing will take about a week. This means that swelling, redness, irritation, boldness, and/or scabbing/flaking, will all occur within this timeframe! So if you have a vacation, big event, photos, interview, etc etc, consider booking with enough time to heal prior. Even if the above doesn’t bother you, aftercare is still top priority. Avoiding sun exposure, water, and moisture of any kind is a must for the first week of healing.

*If you already have an appointment booked, and any of the above applies, I am happy to find you a time that better suits your needs.

POLICIES

A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. It must be paid a week prior to your appointment. If it’s not, we will reach out to remind you, but you will have 24 hours to pay once the reminder has been sent. Deposits include pre-procedure info, please make sure you read over it before paying your deposit.

This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee may apply, and you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. If you are going to be late, please reach out and let me know. Sometimes I’m running behind too and it works out for the both of us. Sometimes, it’s not an issue if you’re 20 minutes late, because you're my last client. But if I don’t hear from you and you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness and/or no shows. Deposits are non-refundable.

I am more than happy to reschedule appointments. I realize life changes quickly. If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, please do so online if it is 48 hours prior to your appointment. I require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. If it is within 48 hours of your appointment, please call, text, or email, doing so may forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling can be done TWICE, to obtain a third date, the full fee must be paid to hold your new time. Pricing is subject to change at any time. All promotions, gift cards, and specials are subject to an expiration date.

A complimentary session, may be scheduled no sooner than the amount of weeks designated needed for healing, following your first session. I must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again. This includes any kind of small tweaks or changes. Going past your complimentary touch up time frame will result in losing complimentary status. I am very flexible with this, if you’re in contact with me about it. But for example, not scheduling one or no showing, and then reaching out 6 months later for your free touch up will not be accepted. Additional appointments will be charged according to our current price-list.  ***COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UPS can only be rescheduled ONCE with 48 hours notice. NO notice or having to reschedule more than once and the touch up will then cost $100 to compensate for lost time.

Refresher appointments are generally required every 1-3 years. Please reach out around the 2 year mark, to renew your touch up time frame. Without contacting me, you will start over as a new client.

No call, no shows will not be tolerated. You will either be denied as a future client or will have to pay for my time the cost of service scheduled.

CONSULTS

D5625DDC-DC1A-4F6C-A23E-48AF68B57E22.jpeg

Currently offering free in person consults, with limited availability. Please call Embody Skin Care to book a consult, they are not available to book online.

I am always available for free complimentary VIRTUAL consultations. Just contact me, and we can set it up. Whether that is via picture or video chat. I will supply instructions on how to help you properly take photos for a virtual consultation.

PRIOR PMU WORK

IF you had PRIOR permanent makeup in the area in which you plan on booking for, a virtual consult is absolutely necessary. It's possible I still can’t clearly see if your case is something I can work with, so I will have you come in for an in person consultation. At the moment, these are complimentary. But given the degree of coverups I do, there is the possibility I may have to charge a fee if an in person consultation is necessary. If this is something you are considering, I implore you to do your best to take clear photos of the area. I will supply instructions on how to help you properly take photos for a virtual consultation.

Failure to mention you have had prior work in the procedure area, until the day of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and you will need to reschedule.

Cover Ups aren’t always able to be done. If you have too much saturation of pigment, if the color is too dark, if your shape is too asymmetrical, all of the above, or if I am unable to achieve your desired results, you will be turned away and forfeit your deposit. They also take more time than virgin skin. If I don't have enough time to work on you because I was unaware of the prior work, you will forfeit your deposit and need to reschedule.

Please also keep in mind, cover ups frequently take more work, especially if your desire is to keep them as soft as possible or a color correction is being done. A third touch up may be required and a tray fee will apply. ($50 per hour)

TIPPING

When checking out after your first appointment is completed, you will be asked if you’d like to leave a tip. Just as with any service, tipping is common, but not necessary or obligated! Tips are always immensely appreciated, I try to go above and beyond for my clients when it comes to customer service, outside of the actual procedure. It is always ok to tip after the touch up instead, to call in a tip if you don't feel comfortable leaving one in front of me, or not leaving one at all. I am only including this info to prepare you, so you're not caught off guard into feeling any obligation when asked while checking out.

CANDIDACY

Are you a good candidate for permanent makeup? If you read only one thing in this packet of information, this is the most vital. Most of these issues are not deal breakers, but product use or timing may need adjustment. If any of these apply to you, reach out to me and we will figure it out.
